Post Workout Green Protein Smoothie

 

After you work out it’s important to replenish your body. One of the best ways to do so is by incorporating protein into a meal or smoothie. One of our favorite post-workout protein smoothies is the Tropical Green Protein Smoothie. In a blender add 1 ¼ cup of coconut water, 1 cup of spinach, 1 banana, ½ cup of frozen mango slices, and 1 serving of your favorite protein powder. Blend until smooth and then enjoy! This smoothie tastes great and helps to replenish your body after a workout!

 

Pre-Workout Green Shake

 

Although many people prefer not to eat right before they workout, it can be good to give your body some nutrients right before to sustain you. One of our favorite pre-workout shakes is this Energy Boost Green Shake. In a blender add 1 cup of spinach, 1 cup of coconut water, ½ cup of pineapple, ½ cup of peaches, and ½ a banana. If you prefer to use pre-workout powder you can add that to the smoothie as well. This delicious smoothie gives you the little extra burst of energy to have a great workout!

Green Breakfast Smoothie Bowl

 

It’s been said a million times – breakfast is the most important meal of the day. So jump-start your day with something healthy and delightful. One of our favorites is this Green Breakfast Smoothie Bowl. In a blender add ⅓ ripe avocado, 1 ½ banana, 2 cups of spinach, 1 cup of kale, 1 cup of frozen mixed berries, 1 cup of coconut water, and 2 Tbsp of peanut butter. Blend and pour into a bowl. Then top with granola, fresh berries, hemp seeds, and shredded coconut. Bon Appetit – enjoy a healthy protein-rich breakfast!
